Job description

We are currently recruiting for a Store Manager in our Warrington store.  Mococo Store Managers lead their teams to provide the highest level of service to the customer, creating the Mococo ‘experience’ in a warm and welcoming environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure customer service is of the highest standards at all times from all members of the team
  • Effectively manage the day to day operational and staffing requirements of the store
  • Motivate the team to achieve store targets through effective customer service and selling techniques
  • Create an engaging environment for customers, ensuring complaints are managed in a calm, efficient and helpful manner
  • Promote the Company values to the team and lead by example
  • Ensure staff rotas are prepared and communicated, with optimum cover during peak trading periods
  • Ensure inductions are completed for all new members of staff, with any ongoing training needs identified
  • Ensure the store maintains excellent visual presentation which is consistent with Company guidelines
  • Maintain a healthy and  safe environment, ensuring the store is compliant with all health and safety regulations and Company policies
  • Daily opening and closing of the store, ensuring all employees adhere to security
  • Promote the Company values to the team and lead by example

Requirements

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Passionate about jewellery and excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent communication, organisational and problem solving skills
  • Understanding store targets and the drivers behind them
  • Must have previous retail management experience working for a luxury high street brand
  • Sound judgement with confident decision making
  • Ability to implement procedural change
  • Ability to coach and give feedback effectively and honestly
  • Must be able to work as part of a team
  • Well presented with a positive, pro-active and professional approach
  • Educated to a good standard in both numeracy and literacy
  • Experience in the use of Microsoft Office packages and EPOS systems
